1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location:
📦 U.S. Orders: 2–14 business days
🌍 International Orders: 14–31 business days
We always do our best to get your items out the door as quickly as possible!
2. Do you offer order tracking?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll upload your tracking information.
You can check the status of your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
3. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If something’s not quite right, just contact us and we’ll walk you through the return process.
Please note: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at lazydaypickings@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate the request.
5. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Page and follow the provided instructions. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We proudly ship worldwide.
International shipping times are typically 14–31 business days, depending on your location.
7. I haven’t received my tracking info—what should I do?
Tracking numbers are sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received it after a few days, check your spam/junk folder just in case. Still nothing? Contact us and we’ll be happy to help!
8. My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what now?
Oh no! We’re so sorry. Please email us at lazydaypickings@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. All payment options will be available at checkout.
